For the purpose of this Agreement:

• "Platform" refers to Studio Matrx – DesignAI (website and mobile application).
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
• "Services" refer to AI-assisted design tools, concept generation, and related outputs.
• "AI Outputs" refer to images, layouts, recommendations, or any content generated using artificial intelligence.
• "Professional" refers to a licensed architect or qualified interior designer.

The Platform provides AI-assisted conceptual design services for architecture and interior design, including:

• Concept visualizations
• Design suggestions
• Budget estimations
• Material and fixture recommendations

These are preliminary, indicative, and non-executable outputs.

The Platform operates under the professional association of:

Amogh N P
Registered Architect under the Council of Architecture (CoA), India
Registration No.: CA/2025/190460

In compliance with the Architects Act, 1972:

• The Platform does not offer architectural services independently of a licensed professional
• No AI-generated output shall be construed as final architectural drawings, sanctioned plans, or execution-ready designs
• All architectural work requiring statutory approval must be undertaken by a licensed architect

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally competent under Indian law
• You are using the Platform for lawful purposes
• You will not misuse AI-generated outputs

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use outputs only for conceptual and planning purposes
• Obtain professional validation before execution
• Not use outputs for regulatory submissions, construction, or structural implementation

The Platform uses artificial intelligence models for generating outputs.

Users acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors
• Outputs may not be structurally feasible or code-compliant
• AI does not replace professional judgment

Ownership

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded data
• Studio Matrx retains rights over: Platform technology, AI models, and generated system outputs (subject to user license)

License to User

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use outputs for personal use.

Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Resell or commercially exploit outputs without permission
• Use outputs for plagiarism or replication of protected works
• Reverse-engineer AI systems

At present, the Platform operates as a not-for-profit initiative.

Future paid features may be introduced with prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

Studio Matrx shall not be liable for:

• Structural failures or design defects
• Financial losses arising from implementation
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Decisions made based on AI outputs

Liability, if any, shall be limited to fees paid (if applicable).

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Matrx, its founders, developers, and associated professionals from:

• Claims arising from misuse of AI outputs
• Unauthorized execution of designs
• Violation of laws, building codes, or third-party rights
• Any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content

Use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy, compliant with:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access
• Remove content
• Restrict usage

In case of misuse or legal violation.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Karnataka, India

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
