Studio Matrx was the brainchild of Amogh N P — an architect, interior designer, and a rare polymath whose curiosity refused to be confined to a single discipline.
Educated at the Manipal School of Architecture and Planning and shaped through professional practice in client consultation, spatial planning, and design execution, he combined creative imagination with practical clarity. He understood how to align design intent with budget realities, how to transform abstract ideas into cohesive, buildable solutions, and how to balance aesthetics with functionality.
The Origin
More than architecture.
Yet architecture was only one part of his universe. Amogh was deeply passionate about music. Not casually interested — passionately committed.
Studio Matrx, in its earliest conception, was not even about interiors. It was meant to be a state-of-the-art music recording studio — a space where sound would be crafted with the same precision with which he designed spaces. He wanted to create an ecosystem where budding artists could record, experiment, and grow. He dreamed of offering a platform where music enthusiasts could listen to his compositions freely, without barriers, without commercialization — simply for the joy of shared creativity.
To him, architecture and music were not separate worlds. Both required rhythm, proportion, harmony, silence, and structure. A well-designed room and a well-composed melody followed the same principles — balance, contrast, movement, emotion.
Studio Matrx was meant to be the intersection — a creative matrix where space, sound, art, and technology converged.
The Evolution
From empathy to innovation.
As his professional exposure deepened, he began to see recurring pain points in the architecture and interior industry. Clients often felt overwhelmed, uncertain about costs, confused by technicalities, and anxious about execution. At the same time, design professionals were stretched thin — navigating repetitive consultations, misaligned expectations, and operational inefficiencies.
Having worked closely with clients and cross-functional teams, he understood both perspectives intimately. He empathized with the homeowner's vulnerability and the designer's workload. That empathy evolved his vision.
Studio Matrx expanded from being only a music studio concept into a broader digital platform rooted in design thinking principles. He imagined a technology-driven ecosystem powered by AI and machine learning that could simplify onboarding, understand client preferences, align budgets intelligently, and generate meaningful design directions within minutes.

His untimely demise meant he could not personally bring Studio Matrx into reality. Yet what he left behind was not an unfinished idea — it was a carefully envisioned blueprint. He had thought through the principles, the integration of technology, the emotional core, and the interdisciplinary nature of the platform.
His laptop became a silent archive of this dream — structured notes, workflow ideas, cost calculation logic, saved research on generative systems, online courses, YouTube learning playlists, and discussions with peers. He was preparing long before execution began.
Today, his parents, his sisters, relatives, and a few close friends are bringing that vision to life. We are building Studio Matrx from his notes, his digital footprints, his academic training, his professional experiences, his music drafts, his discussions, and his intellectual explorations.
